Sadly, no.  The Fair is closer to me this year than it's ever been, but I can't handle the heat.  Seriously, I ended up with heat stroke last summer in Ohio!

I'm another Washington person and can't make it to Florida, so I won't be there - but I hope that everyone has an amazing time!  It looks like so much fun!

(p.s. - the Northwest would be a great place for the fair sometime in the future!   I think it's lovely how the fair's location changes year to year - the staff and planners are very accommodating of the pony community).

How about Alaska? I wouldn't mind taking a trip to Anchorage and maybe visiting our friends in Whitehorse.

If it ever makes it back to Minnesota, or around North Dakota or Colorado I definitely would be able to go.  Any other location...depends on the money and living situation.  I really want to be able to go next year but the East Coast just probably ain't happening for a long time and not this year.  Not enough money, no job and I can't possibly go to Florida just for that and spend tons of money there and at Disney World and Universal Studios and everything else I have ever wanted to see in Florida.
