I just casually went onto the Argos website to search up some gym stuff, and found this:

The description says 'Fluttershy', but the images show Twilight and Pinkie too..

Its also the same cake as in her smaller Playful ponies release in wave 7 and again with Cherry Berry in Wave 8! Lazy Hasbro. Although not as bad as the piano which I think has also now been released 3, or maybe its 4, times in different colours! I guess the amount of songs on FiM should have told us that ponies like a sing a long.

Unfortunately around £10 looks like the going rate in the UK for the Bridle set - Argos are the 3rd store I have heard/seen with them in and they are all around the £10 mark.

Great find Brightside - Argos were late to the party at the start of G4 lets hope this means good things if they are getting these items in already! Woo hoo

Well this really shows me that accessory wise Hasbro still has their minds in G3 and have not been able to think of anything new.  We are still dealing with floral arrangements and cards, pianos, scooters and skate boards. Its just seems that overall with G4 the only thing that has changed is the quality of the ponies made, size and appearance.  Either that or they are just trying to save money by using the old stuff in new brightly colored packages.

I like to think they were ahead of the time - they made G3/3.5 ponyville and accessories which were often a little over large for the accompanying ponies. Then "bang" they bring out G4 which are much smaller brushables than previous gens and guess what? Those over large ponyville accessories suddenly look like perfect [if a little small sometimes] accessories for these new brushables. All part of the HB grander plan!

I just went for a look and alongside the bridesmaids and Cadence, saw a pic of the Pony School Pals set. I got really excited because I've needed Scootaloo for, like, EVER, clicked on it... and realised it was actually the Forever Friends set, they've used the wrong picture.

I am sad.

The Royal Castle Friends and CMC set come together in the same box to the store - so Argos will get a case and open it up and it will have 3 x Royal Castle Friends and 3 x CMC. Thats why its listed as an "assortment"...what you do is reserve one of them and ask to be "shown" the set before purchase at the store. They may bring you down the CMC or they may bring you the Royal Castle Friends - if the former great! if the latter you tell them you want a different option from the assortment. Some Argos stores when they see "assortment" on a reservation will actually ask you if you want to see all the options from the assortment anyway.
