Has Anyone Tried Sunfading Pink Celestia?

This has been gnawing on my mind for a few days now. I've been debating whether or not to try it on my daughter and my extra Celestia. Pinks an easy color to fade to white usually. I want to know if anyone has already tried and what the results were

I'm curious as well. I actually bought a second set just for this purpose. I havent had a chance to sunfade yet, since the weather has bee less than cooperative, but according to the weather man, things should be in my favor for the next two days. I'll post my results as soon as I have some!!

So I did this accidentally and then forgot to take pics before I customized her.  I had a Celestia sitting in a window for probably six months.  I took her down to sell her and realized that the half that faced the window had faded to a splotchy lighter pink.  It did NOT look good or even or remotely "white".  Here she is after I customized her though.

D: oh I see, so chances are that sun fading might just made her look...faded and not white at all?

Correct.    Actually if I remember correctly, it faded to a peachy-pink color.  I don't see how it would have ever faded to an even, pure white.  I wish I had taken a photo to show.  I didn't think anyone would have ever wanted to see it. 

And thanks for the compliment.  She was very labor intensive, as it took several coats of white paint to give her an even color.  And the wings were a pain to sew.  She was fun though.

Well you can get it to fade as pink is a hard color to get color fast, she will not go white.

IF it works, it's be cool if she just became a PALE pink, cause she's pale pink not white, nor dark pink.

No feel stupid.    I could be wrong about the particular Pinklestia. There are several versions of her. Fashion Style, molded hair, brushable, and talking. (Did I miss one? We have three of them.) I'm thinking that that trying to fade the harder plastics of the molded, non-FS brushable, and talking would not work very well.
