Nirvana restorator needed in Europe!!!

Hi all!

I have bought a mexican moondancer with white/pink stripes in hair. Her symbols are really rubbed and I wanted them to be touched up. And some missing hair plugs to be rehaired. Not all hair just the missing plugs.
The restorator needs to.be in Europe because shipping costs are very expensive in the Netherland and otherwise it will be to expensive for me.
Can someone please help or say who I can ask?

Btw she is really creamy in stead of white. Can that be sunfaded?

i think she can be sunfaded, just make sure you cover her hair, eyes and symbols
