No G4's for me thanks - I can't stand the hideous little critters! I'd take the scary G3.5 over G4's anyday... buuut will take blind bags over G3.5's - okay, 'nuff said about that.

But have one mane done - taken progression shots too! Will work on her tail tomorrow, but probably won't get much done (I'm proud to say I'm a slow poke  )  plus Sunday's usually are alot of work for me.

Additional hair still in transit, but I expect it later next week... probably more likely the week after it will reach me.

I like g4s but I mostly collect g1's and blind bags, I like fruity scents but not most flowery scents. Do they make a rootbeer scent? I NEED a Rootbeer Float pony.

I love G4s. Like hair scents too, preferably flowery scents to food ones (I'm fat as it is, don't need a pony making me hungry).

Oh man, when I first got into this trade I thought the deadline was so far away. I wouldn't need that much time. But I STILL don't have my bait pony. The person who was going to sell it to me hasn't gotten back to me in several days and I did make her aware I needed it soon for a swap. Starting to get nervous.

Guess I'll go back to shopping and see what I can find. Can't even buy hair until I have a pony in hand. Now I'm grateful the deadline gives us lots of time. LOL

dont really care about scents, im sure they are nice, but dont really seem to last. dont care for tinsel, unless it really does go with the pony. love g4s, i think they are lovely.

Got my first baits today...... -.- problem!
One of them is a pony whit reeeaaally pink hair, and this pony tends to have faded hair. I would feel really bad rehairing her when she as such nice hair (and her body is flawless)
Now I dont know what to do -.- I think i'm going to get a new one.

I'm in the middle of a rehair right now, and I'm not entirely sure I love it.  I have 3 colors I'm using, and I must say that for me, it's a little out of my comfort zone.  My 3 colors are: Sunlight, Watermelon Martini and Poison Ivy.  I hope my partner will like her.

I've found that for some reason time speeds up after the 4th of July so that Christmas is like 3 weeks after. I repainted the symbols and touched up the eyes and installed 1/2 the hair (waiting for the rest to come in the mail) in pony # 1 and HOLE. EY. COW.... I WANT her!! I may have to make me one (a bit different though) someday. What's funny is that it's a color scheme that I would have balked at. If I have learned one thing from swaps is that I like more things than I think I do, so partner, if you read this, don't worry for one second about me liking the pony you make me. I am apparently a sucker for ANY pony. I am getting so giddy for my partner to get her ponies from me I wish I could be there to see her face.

Pony #1 has her mane done. But that's just the beginning as she'd a complete restore! She came to me with all of her paint stripped off already, so there's a long way to go!

Isn't it funny that sometimes a swap has you making something you wouldn't normally try, and you end up liking it!

I like scents, but for me that would be purely optional.  I do like tinsel on some ponies, especially the metallic, G1-type tinsel.  Not all ponies look good in it, though, and I won't complain if my pony doesn't have it.  I primarily collect G1s, although I have a few G2, G3s and G4s I like in my collection.

i got my hair colors today. i can start my rehair. i still need to touch up one of the ponies i have.

I finally have my baits prepped and my hair just came in today! Time to start working on rehairing. This should be fun! I haven't done it in some time now. I have my handy dandy home-made tool and I'm ready to go! I'm excited for the colors and blends I chose.

As far as scents go, I think they're lovely when they're sweet or fruity. I don't like flowery scents at all! But scented ponies overall are definetly not a must have for me so either way is cool.
