Took a pic of Rochelle today. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginBTW, how is her name pronounced? ro-KELL with a short o sound? or long o sound? Or is it ro-SHELL, with a long or short o sound?
What do you guys think of this? I posted it in another thread, but I thought I'd post it here as well.visitors can't see pics , please register or loginmonster mash [b/w] by pukunui81, on FlickrIt didn't turn out quite as well as I was hoping. The idea in my head was one of those mash-up drawings we used to do as kids where you fold up a piece of paper into three parts and then one person draws a head, another person draws a body, and a third person draws legs, and then you unfold it to see what you've all made.Instead, this just looks like I took Ghoulia's head and Frankie's legs and stuck them on my Lagoona. My photoshop skills are too good! It was meant to look a little cheesy. Perhaps I should've put lines through it and made it a triptych. Ah well. I can try again another time.

I like it -- at first glance i thought it was Ghoulia -- but i love frankies legs and lagoonas webbed fingers -- such a cool concept. ^_^

She had bad glue seepage and her hair was bad to begin with, once she's complete I'm going to sew her a matching seamonster style dress, borrow my sisters camera and take some nicer photos. Unfortunatly my camera decided to die completely a couple of days ago. She's beautiful Was is easy to rehair using wool?

Oh, no... It finally happened... My Meowlody has glue seepage. T_T I was really hoping that it would never happen to me, and I had myself convinced that it only happened to people who exposed their dolls to boiling water. I guess I was wrong... I'm going to reroot her, though.
Yeah, I am. It was pretty bad, her hair was stuck together in big chunks. I already cut it, now I'm just wondering how to remove the glue... I have hemostats to pull it out, but the glue is pretty thick in there. I guess I should boil it to soften it?I'm not completely upset, though... So many options are available now... I'm debating between a couple of interesting new hairstyles.
Here are the three individual photos I used to make my monster mash-up of Ghoulia, Lagoona and Frankie:visitors can't see pics , please register or loginmonster mash - behind the scenes by pukunui81, on Flickr
That's really awesome, Puku!
Hmm, so I'm playing with my new CAM boys that arrived today. Does anyone have the gargoyle boy and the skeleton girl's wig or a blue liv wig? If so, could you post pictures of what it looks like on him, or what you did for his hair? I'm trying to figure out what color would look good on him and I think blue might look nice.Love vampire boy with long hair! I want to buy a second cam set so I can have a louise and lestat pair. ;-)
They are so pretty!!!! I kind of want to get Physical Deaducation Ghoulia now
LOVE this shot!! so pretty ^_^and I pronounce it RO-shell --- mostly because the second half is spelled like Michelle

I'm surprised her entire face didn't melt off.The good news is I hated the tinsel anyways and already planned to reroot her eventually.
I've been experimenting with stop-motion animation today. Here's the result. She's either dancing, or there's a lot of ants on that cliffside lol. I'm not real crazy about it, but hopefully with practice I'll get better. I haven't tried this before. Warning for dial-up users, it's a large picture file. It'll run slow at first until all the images have loaded, then it'll go faster.http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c310/bewilderness/witchtest.gif

You know there is a product that is supposed to work on the glue. I can't remember the name but I think it is from Twin Pines.
