Honestly, for this swap I would prefer no MLP themed items. The few MLP swaps I've participated in I was pretty disappointed with my swap boxes so I tend to avoid the MLP ones.

I don't have any customs in my collection and I tend to be picky about paint strokes and such, so I would also prefer that my partner avoid a custom too =)

I don't mean to sound snobby, but I don't want to disappoint my partner or have to "fake" a response as it were.

I think it's best not to include MLP things at all, just focus on the animals. That is already more than enough to buy!

aww, I simply loved the idea of this swap! too bad it appeared when I was close to graduating and not having a job, so there was no way I could participate...
I'd love to take part in something similar in the future, if in the end you feel it was successful and decide to repeat it sometime later I'd totally be in! by that time I'll just stalk this thread to see what nice animal stuff everyone gets. have fun shopping, everyone! ^^
