I just won a Snow Catcher for $1.04 with free shipping:D

I haden't gotten around to getting Snow Catcher and I'm sure we all know that recently on ebay there has been tons of listings of her.  I finally got one and for only $1.04.  There are lots more listed low if anyone else that hasn't gotten her wants to snag one:). 

One thing is that under brand it is listed as 21 st Century Toys.  Is this a really good fakie?  Or is the seller trying to protect themselves because they are selling these illegally?  This topic has probably been covered before, but I haven't seen it.
