Another mystery accessory! ID Help please - sippy cup

Hiya


So I have this white sippy cup. I thought it was just for a FT baby but the decal rubbed off. Then, when sorting accessories I put it next to a FT sippy with the teddy logo and realised hey! it's quite a bit shorter too! and the handles are a different shape.


So, who does it belong to? Is it even MLP?

If it helps, it is hollow with a hole under the base.

That was my first thought to, that the decal rubbed off.  Till I saw the bottom. 
 
I don't think it's MLP though.  It still would be cute with the babies

German sippy cups have no decal but they are the exact same shape as the US ones and even Argie sipper cups are in the same mould...I am going to guess not MLP and unfortunately I dont have a clue which other line it could belong to...any small doll line is possible.
