What should never happen to pony mail... but happy ending!

I had just finished eating dinner when I saw a lady walking her dog and turn into my driveway. Not knowing who this lady was I was wondering why she was walking down my driveway and onto my sidewalk and up the stairs to knock on my door. Then I saw what she had in her hand... a bubble mailer!! I knew as soon as I saw it in her hand it was my package from Stormy with a variant Petite I had bought from her. I assumed it had been delivered to the wrong address and she was nicely returning it to the right address. NOT the case. She found it in the street!!!! Around the block and the next street over!! While she was walking her dog she saw it and picked it up and then made her way over to deliver it! I could have hugged her... and her dog! The package was thankfully not damaged and the Petite was fine. I'm so relieved and so glad of that nice lady to help get this Petite safely to it's destination! I wish I knew where she lived so I could send her something for her kindness.

That's awesome! So happy you got your package. It's nice to know there are still decent people out there. 

But I think you should let your post office what happened. *They* were responsible for it's safe delivery. *Fail!*

That was so nice of her, I'm so glad you got it safely. I've had parcels delivered to my house that were from a few streets away that I've had to deliver before *shakes fist at post people*

That was really nice of her!      I bet if she was out walking her dog, chances are you will probably see her again.
 
But I would be on my way to the PO first thing tomorrow morning.

OH MY GOSH!  I am so glad she arrived to you (regardless of how), but I CANNOT BELIEVE how mistreated it was!  I would be on the PO like white on rice in a glass of milk on a paper plate in a snowstorm!!!!!
