Rarity of G3.5 Rainbow Dash Plush?

So my boyfriend bought me well over a year an a half ago a plush Rainbow Dash. She's G3.5, her tag has 3.5 art on it, and the tag says it's a TRU exclusive. Her sewn-on tag has copyright of 2009.

She looks the same in the body as the G4 plushs that are out, like so:

I guess I saw some sites before saying that my RD is actually pretty rare, and I saw one with tags selling for over $200. I'd never sell mine, since she's special to me, and she's a little dirty from cuddles, but I wonder how rare she actually is.


Anyone have any info on her?

The price misconception on this pony is because of the notorious Amazon seller who has been trying to sell this particular plush for $10,000 for the last 3 years I think! I think it remains one of the biggest giggles in pony collecting.

I have seen her absolutely soar in price recently with some ebay auctions ending between $50 and $60 and one even getting to $80!!!! I think these are mistaken for G4 plushes though due to how similar her style is to the G4 plushes - the 3.5 version looks more like the TS you have pictured than the original G3 plush. However, in actual value I think she is worth a little higher than retail around the $30 mark.

Actually, it was for $1,000,000. But, no she isn't worth a lot.

Shes down to the bargain $10,000 now! Cause that makes her much more affordable.
