Mine felt this way too. Just wedge something in between her shoes and her feet to kinda "unseal" them, and they should come off a little easier.

I wouldn't think you could easily reroot these dolls. That neck hole is super small. I'm no expert, though.

looked around miejer today when I went grocery shopping and didn't see them .n. poo... I think I might get one They're kinda cute and I think would just look nice on my nightstand in my bedroom.

I had problems removing the shoes on my Una as well, they do feel like they're glued but they're just on there really tight. Once they've been removed they should be much easier to pop on and off.

I stuck her feet in some hot water and wiggled the boots back and forth until they loosened up. Rayedelsol's suggestion should also help. I used a small metal nail file to gently pry her heels away from the shoes once the hot water had loosened them.

Meijer needs to do a major reset in their toy section. I'm a cashier at Meijer and I pretty much stalk the toy aisles. I think the GM Clerks think I'm crazy.. They have nothing but old stock and even their clearance isn't moving! Novi Stars, La Dee Das, Cutie Pops, and Winx dolls have NOT made an appearance what so ever. Out Monster High doll selection sucks as well.

I can not wait for them to get their act together. I haven't even seen Bratzillaz! Don't get me started on their Pony section.. There's a sea of old waves of Fluttershy's and Rainbow Dash's!

I just got back from Walmart, and omg it was AMAZING!!! They moved around all of their toys and it looks totally awesome. They had a big section (and a sign?) for Novi Stars!!! They had 4-5 of each doll but one of Una. The remaining Una was messed up, a few small face issues and half a leg of glitter that wouldn't move. But even with that, she was gorgeous. I was really really happy to get to see all of them. They had (all?) three fashion packs, and they looked really great!

They had all of the new doll lines and stuff I'd never seen before. It was soooo awesome. 8D

I believe they're all supposed to have a toy reset in August. I've been making my boyfriend take me as often as possible to look for the free MLP posters, and they've slowly been rearranging the aisles. But they're not done at my Walmart yet. One aisle is dolls, and the other is infant/toddler toys, baby dolls, and misc "girl" toys. The misc aisle is half organized, but at the front where they have older aged toys (MLP, Lalaloopsy, Hello Kitty) they're all placed by the wrong sign. XP

Those shirts are awesome! Wish they made some in my size.

I allowed myself to open one up tonight. Man! I can see what you guys mean when you say it's hard to get them out of the box. They're strapped in their like they expect them to be going through a rollercoaster before they hit shelves. Geez!

But it was worth the fight! She's lovely.

I think their size is cute too. :3 I've just been looking for alternate clothes, mostly shoes other than the fash packs.
