Trust me Cubby, I know I won't be feeling positive when I get there but there's no point writing it off before it's even started.. I mean I've IP'd (inpatiented) before, so it's slightly familiar territory.. just a lot more focused.

At the end of it all, I know I'll never recover and conquer this, especially when times are hard it will flare up particularly. But I am hoping for some health back.. just the ability to function as a young person, and to live!

I feel like I've gotten to know you guys so well since this thread started

I took my horse out again today.  We went to the beach and just walked 90% of the way.  It was really good as she didn't fizz and was quite relaxed, even about walking in the surf.  This whole weekend has been a good confidence boost for me. 

My muscles are sore from my lesson yesterday but I hope to go for a run later (after I've taken a nana nap!).  Am at a total weight loss of 12.5kgs - probaby about half way to where I want to be

Three positives from yesterday:
1. My rabbit, General Woundwort is eating again (he had woolblock :c)
2. I don't have to buy a wig for my Karkat Vantas cosplay because a friend is letting me borrow hers
3. Saved a vole from being killed by a lawn mower

I just had an idea..its a challege by me:) I will make a blind bag custom..i have no idea how to sculpt but it would be a prize and designed by the winner:) i challege us to show us a picture that either inpired you to join this journey or makes you happy:) i think we all could use a smile and myself and surfstar if she is free will choose the winner. So include a description on why this is your picture you chosen.

Despite doing a bit badly at keeping up with this thread lately, comfort eating and not doing my EFT...

I've gone and hit my drop a dress size target! 

Now to keep doing what ever it is that I have been doing.

I was doing so well at the beginning of the week with thinking positive, then some things happened later in the week that made it kinda go downhill..
 
Then today I woke up with a summer cold. I was really hoping I could get back on track today too.

Maybe I'll try some Wii Sports or something light to at least get me moving a little bit.

People have been noticing my figure changing My family all says my stomach looks flatter, and this morning I definitely noticed my thighs looking better too. It's nice because even though actual weight loss is going so slow for me, my body is still looking more in shape.

I ate like crud yesterday though and I already got into the cruddy leftovers today!! I hope I can still make progress today though.
