Another Dolly ID and PC

I found these dolls today at the thrift store.

The first two I know are Livs and I am keeping those but I need to know more about the rest. The two in the middle I think are Sunshine Family but I have no clue which ones or what they are worth. The second to last one is an 80s or 90s Barbie and the last one is some singing celebrity doll but there is not enough battery to play more of her song than a second so I really can't tell who she is. She has 2007 PA stamped on her.

I think that one on the far right is Hannah Montana or Tyler Swift doll, I'm leaning towards Hannah though.

I think the Sunshine Family dolls are named Steve and Stephie, but I may be wrong. No idea what they are worth, I'm afraid. I'd estimate about four dollars each or so going by eBay, maybe a bit less since they don't have an outfit. But, I think we all know eBay is not the best way to check prices. The prices on these dolls are admittedly all over the place.
