Help Identifying Customizer Please!

Hi Ponies!

I've just received my first custom pony set via ebay.. aaaand they were a total impulse buy, okay I'll admit it! 

However, I have no idea who created this musical-pony-contraption - so I'm throwing this over to the experts instead. Any ideas? Any and all suggestions are very gratefully appreciated, thank you!

On a side note (see - I digress even in a post *I* create! ) I want to thank Colorscapeart for dedicating a page on her website for photos of customizer's signature marks on their ponies - it is so informative, thank you!

I know the feeling  I'm maniacal to collect pics and put the name of artist, year, pony name etc etc on every custom in my collection!
