Trade Question & G4 PC (SB Luna/Twilight Sparkle)

So I have a MIB Princess Sunbeam, I'd really like to trade her for a complete loose (mint, near mint) Princess Sunbeam. Would that be considered a pretty fair trade?

Also, I finally deboxed ALL of my G4's. What do Shine Bright Luna & Twilight Sparkle go for? Is a couple of bucks okay to charge for loose ponies? Also I have some MIB 1st wave ponies with the bangs, are those more sought after?

Most unboxed G4s go for around retail still (unless rare, then the price goes up). Ponies with bangs are more sought after as well and tend to sell a bit above retail (not sure of exact average). The Shine Brights in the sets tend to go for a bit more too. I've seen them for around $10 a few times, but I haven't kept a great eye on their prices so I might be off.

Thanks Catlein, =) I somehow ended up with a ridiculous amount of duplicates of the Mane 6, Sweetie Belle, and Apple Bloom. I just wasn't sure how much I should be asking for them.

And I don't care for the shine brights, so I'm getting rid of those two too.

I kind of feel your pain on the MIB Sunbeam...there are some ponies over the years I have found easier [and cheaper] MIB than I have them complete and loose - the second edition princesses being a perfect example of that.

I have a MIB Moondust and a loose complete Moondust just minus her comb...if I could find that comb anywhere I would sell the MIB but it simply never turns up for sale.

I have tried the MIB for loose complete trade in the past with both Baby Stripes/Nectar and the Picnic Day Set as well as some others...it just doesnt seem to work for me!

Many people may think the loose is worth less than the MIB but for me Sunbeam loose and complete shows up less than Sunbeam MIB so I think its a fair trade for both parties! If you can find someone to help you out...

On the G4 - yes MIB = retail, loose = a couple of $ under retail. The exception to this being the G4s which come in large more expensive sets they tend to be worth about 3/4 of the price of the original set.

I know what you mean about the princesses! I've been tempted to just open her box for a while, I just hate to do that in case someone would like her MIB. Fortunately, I have the rest of them loose/complete (everything but ribbons, which I don't collect).

That's great to know on the G4 stuff. I've fallen out of the selling loop while getting through school.
