Question about a pony charm I've never seen before?

Hi! I'm collecting all the mummy charms... I have two left - - yea!

And yesterday I came across this Twilight PVC charm on ebay:

It isn't one of the mummy charms - - so what is it?!

I googled and can't find anything - - help!

Yes, balletpot's thread link covers pretty much everything we know about them - I believe they are a pendant and bracelet charms. Very cute and those ones look in nice condition.
