Some Advice/Help?

I have not been present on the boards lately due to the fact that I will be moving soon.

I packed up the majority of my collection in baggies in a lined plastic totes (okay, several totes ).

I have my sales "box" (basically everything on my sales page) and a G1 Nursery shell that I cannot bring with me. I feel kind of awkward about donating it to a charity shop. That said, would be all right (by collecting standards) for me to try to sell of my sales in one go? And if things do not sell, donate them?

I would say its worth a try selling it too      Hopefully you will find a buyer, but if it doesnt sell, maybe you could ask if anyone here wants the stuff (rather than  donate it) if they will pay the cost of shipping?

If the link in your sig is up to date, you have a few nice ponies that I definitely wouldn't donate if I were you! If you have the time, I'd try to advertise here a little more before you move.

When you say sell it all at once, do you mean like putting it on Craigslist or Ebay or something?

I'm in the same boat as you - moving and don't want to take the two big boxes of ponies. All I did was slash all of the prices in my sales thread in half, and suddenly I am making a bit of money and getting rid of all my ponies!!

So ya, consider just having a huuuuge sale. It feels better than donating g1s, that's for sure

Yup, this is exactly what I think! I had actually started typing something really simular to this before I saw Ringlets' response.

I would certainly go with this option as well...you can set a low ball purchase price and if you have no luck there simply offer it for shipping price I am sure someone will take it off your hands there!

I volunteer to take all the ones you don't sell off of your hands I´m not buying ponies from arena because of shipping costs + customs, but I will take any pony that I only need to pay shipping for ^^
