Not sure if this is the right board but yeah.


Can someone explain how taobao a little to me?
Like much would shipping be to the UK?
About how an agent works?

Unless you have a Chinese bank account/live in China, you have to use a shopping service to buy from Taobao. You tell the shopping service what you want to buy and they buy it for you. When the shopping service gets your items, they send it to you.


You end up paying for 1. The items 2. Shipping within China 3. A fee to the shopping service website 4. Shipping to you and 5. Possible customs fees.
