My partner for the animal swap was Roogna and I admit at first I was a littler nervous about her list of animals. On the top of the list was spiders...particularly tarantulas so after a lot of thought I decided to give it a whirl. I left the back legs and head mostly alone so there would still be a a "pony look" to her but added 6 other legs (tin foil, wire, apoxie, pluffy.) I was glad to hear Roogna liked flocking because I felt like a tarantula pony definitely needed it.

Sadly... the post was not kind to her so I hope her legs can be fixed up.

WOW I think she looks amazing!! I'm sure Roogna is going to be VERY pleased. How did you do the legs?

Absolutely brilliant! Those legs look fantastic, and the flocking is a perfect touch, and the pony features are in a fine balance with the spider features. Well done! I'm sad to hear she got damaged in the mail, hope she can be fixed!

Wow! She's really cool looking! Great job with the execution!! And I agree, flocking was definately a "finishing touch" for a tarantula.

What a fabulous tarantula pony! great ideas in there, LOVE the flocking and those legs look like they were seriously hard work!! Sad that the postie wrecked it for you guys.

WOW! She is awesome, not my cup of tea, lol, but honestly even at that, it's hard not to like her because she is just so incredible! I can only imagine how thrilled Roogna must be!!!! Congrats to you both! Awesome!

she IS AWESOME! I love her hardcore! very old school monster/mutant horror! ^_^

4 legs arrived broken..I have fixed 3 with a little glue, and the fourth is partially fixed and will need a little more glue, but then she should be able to stand again with no problem

She looks great! I really like the spider to pony ratio you used and the flocking is brilliant - so glad that Roogna can fix her up.
