Bah.. One of my items should have been here on the 4th.. Now I have to pester the seller.. She marked it shipped without a tracking number. I really hope I get this item!

I was having a brain fart on what in the world I was going to do for this pony and so I told my brother the colors and the potential themes and he immediately gave me a brilliant idea that is so obvious now that I think about it... 


Just curious... do you guys have a pony design in mind when you are filling out your forms? Because I feel like when I read the form, I was trying to guess the exact image that was in my partner's head at the time. I certainly had an idea in mind when I was filling out the form!

I don't have an idea because I don't see swaps as a commission request. Im not trying to say that others do, but to explain that it affects my thought process. I deliberately leave it vague to allow my partner room to be creative. Both this swap and the Fashion stylke swap, I think I included dragons. I love them. Does that mean I need specifically an overly dragon look to the pony if someone chooses that theme? Nah.

Ahh cant wait to get home now! Tomorrow will be my last day here in FL and I'll get home at night. Saturday will be pony madness for me!! I came up with some very awesome and challenging ideas for both swaps I'm in, so I cant wait!

What I do like to do is imagine what I would do "if" I got a certain partner. What might be on their list and what they would like based on what I know of their likes and styles.

Well I had an idea, now I'm not sure about it. I am starting the repose today and I guess when that's done will get a better idea of what direction I am going in.. I won't even bother ordering hair until I have a decent amount of work done

Be careful waiting for hair though. I know we have tons of time, but in the last swap I was in, people had to postpone just because they were waiting for hair to arrive


In other news: I got my bait in the mail!!!!! I will begin sculpting this evening!
