This is super cute!
What exactly is a needle felt?
It's clearly so cool, but I never heard of this before. Are they sewn like little plushies but use felt instead of other fabrics? They turn out very pony-like and adorable with great detail from the small size. I love how the hair is like perfume puff hair...is the hair also a part of the process?
