Get it?  Travel-log?  Travelogue?    Hehe  Anyway...here is the adventure thus far!  It's been interesting!  (When I send the ponies back, I'll be sending along the big version of these photos as well.  C:)

 April 24:
 
Silverspell arrived today—she’s adorable!  She jumped right out of her traveling compartment…she was glad to be out of there, and I don’t blame her.  She immediately started climbing on me and asking me questions.  So cute!
 
As Hyenacub came over to investigate , Silverspell jumped up on Rainshower, my newest custom, made by reyl, but Rainshower is a bit of an older pony, and was a little startled.  I picked Silverspell up and explained why she shouldn’t jump on her.  She and Hyenacub hit it off right away—I can tell they’ll get along.  They started wrestling…Hyenacub got the upper hand first, but she got her revenge.

Silverspell wasn’t so sure about Murky…but liked my Sword of Omens!  She’s convinced she’ll someday be big enough to wield it.  I’m not so sure.

She decided she liked the inside of Pumbaa’s mouth so that’s where she’ll be sleeping.  It’s warm and cozy.

After playing outside for a bit while I did some chores, she came inside and played with the toy I got in the Kinder Surprise wiccanpony1 sent me…and then watched me computer for a while.  Don’t worry, I made sure she got to bed at a decent time.  C:  She even stopped being excited enough to eat.  (Carrots.)

April 25:
 
Cameo arrived today!  She’s very elegant, and stepped out of her traveling compartment with grace and poise.  Her compartment was custom-fitted foam—first class all the way!  (To quote someone from a movie,)  and she met Hyenacub and Silverspell (who spent part of the morning playing in the basement with the rest of my herd.)  She was slightly taken aback later that day to find Hyenacub on the floor and Silverspell looking triumphant.  (He let her win that time.)  Hyenacub was a little puzzled by Cameo.  He thought Cameo was a baby pony at first, but I explained she came from a different clan, and that worked for him.

Here Cameo is, posing on Mount Simba.  Of course Silverspell had to play, too.  And then Hyenacub knocked the whole thing down and was very pleased with himself.  Silverspell giggled and giggled, but Cameo was rather indignant.

They all spent the day exploring the house.  It’s just a good thing all the dangerous places—like the vents—are covered.  Silverspell likes to get into everything!  Cameo, on the other hand, would not be caught dead in a dusty duct.  She’s been checking out my mom’s makeup and hair stuff and al that girly stuff.  I’ll have to dig out Mom’s pony wear for her to try on.
 
April 26:
 
My star Ember arrived today…she was gonna be bait but now I want to restore her.    So while I clean her up, my little visitors are going to explore the house.  Cameo found some accessories and tried them on.  Silverspell found a candy dish.

Cameo demanded (politely) some glamour shots…they do look pretty cool, and I enjoy interesting photographs.

Hehe Thanks guys! Those glasses are supersoft, so they were no danger to the FBR lol. I think they're from some G3 set.

April 29

So after a few days of my visitors settling in, I decided to get out the camera again.  I had to search all over the place for Silverspell…she likes to hide, and do you have any clue how hard it is to find a pony who’s four inches long?  : P

Anyway—

They spent the morning hanging out at the show stable.  Cameo relaxed inside with a cocktail, and spent a lot of time talking unicorn stuff with Glory.  She decided she liked my pink beanbag and was rather disappointed that I wouldn’t let her have it.  I convinced her it would be a nightmare to drag around with her when it was time to leave.

Silverspell was giving the jumping fences a whirl, but she’s a bit small for them…I caught her just as she’s about to fall on her tail.  Firecracker is watching her…and giggling a lot.

Hyenacub’s climbing the walls—literally, and Ouch was watching the kids.  Tiddleywinks over there is not too bad with the fences, but she’s a bit bigger than Silverspell.

Silverspell tried on one of the saddles with the flag—it’s just…sliiiiightly too big.  And of course Cameo would take first place in the show category.

Silverspell tried on some fashions.  That pink adult’s hat fits her…ENTIRE BODY!  And the only reason Hyenacub was wearing that white hat is because he thought it looked like a pith helmet.  He didn’t know it was a girl’s hat. 

Cameo didn’t let the rainy weather outside stop her from enjoying a little relaxation.

Afterwards, Silverspell visited the kids over at the Lullabye Nursery and checked out the cradle.  She still likes Pumbaa’s mouth better for a bed.  That kid doesn't need a blanket, either--she's got too much hair!

haha!  Yep, she was still up here when I got the pony visitor, so she got shanghaied into pictures.

I just LOVE this, hyena! And I hope Cameo is behaving. I may have to track down some of those glasses, they look fabulous on her! I can't wait til the ponies visit me in June! Keep the photos comin'!


I may need to compile a portfolio of Cameo's glam shots.

She is behaving indeed!  She gets indignant a lot, but overall she's a pleasant houseguest.   

Glad you like!  And don't worry...action shots are staged hehe.  Her horn is sculpted, right?  I've been being careful of it.

As for the glasses, you wouldn't believe how tough they were to balance on her long enough to take a pic.  If you get a pair, you'll probably have to add a string or something to them to keep them on.  There were G3-sized shoes, a hair thing, and I think one more thing that matched the glasses too.

Also...is that saran hair?  her brown hair?  it feels neat.

She's hyper, curious, and adorable.  We get along fine!    That hair is trying to take over my house though.
