G4 cheaper in USA than Europe!

Just looking at Hasbro.com and what the hay?! G4 (pony & animal) are $4.99!!!
In Holland they are €8.00!!! (That's over $10!!!)
This is so unfair!!  Why do we have to pay over twice as much then people in USA?!

I'm really wondering if they are this expensive everywhere in Europe (i'm sure in Germany, Belgium & France they will be). Can you guys believe this?! It makes me mad! I think the playsets are cheaper there too. Rarity's Carousel NORMAL store price is €46 over here, while at the US site i spy $29.99???! (For your information, €46 = $60).

I'm really sad about this.  Even simple playsets are so expensive. Everything's expensive since the Euro was introduced in 2002.

The singles in Germany are 5,99 sometime 6,99.
I know that they are more expensive in the Netherlands (bought my Blossomforth there for 7,99 cuz could'nt find one here in stupid Germany.)

Same! In the past it used to be cheaper for me to buy G3s from US sellers and have them shipped here, it usually worked out a couple of ££ cheaper

You know who probably wins the Why Are Ponies So Danm Expensive contest, though? Brazil. I guess they tax the heck out of foreign imports, so Talking Celestia was about $68.31 and the Shine Brights were $21.30. They got bonus FIM dvds so they strapped them to the $69 G3 Baby Cheerilees.

Here the singles with animal friend are about $10-13. Rarity's carousel are $75. The glimmer wings are about $18. So yeah, it's very expensive compared to US. :/

The cheapest ones in Sweden is 12$ I believe, the most expensive singles are 16$. Playsets.. those story packs are often about 29$, but I've seen those who rocket up to 31$. I remember I saw the carousel for 59$ and I think for 44$ as well.

Singles are also €8 over here. Carousel is €39 but we have the bonus pack with the extra vehicle...
I always said that whenever i go to america, i'll be coming home with at least 100 ponies, just because they're so cheap over there.
Also, in America they have clearance sales and stuff if i'm right? Here in Belgium thats non-existing. When a pony is priced at €8, i will still be €8 10 years later.. They still sell some early G3 2-pack ponies over here, at a whopping €16.
