Remove ALL the paint?

Removing paint is already my weak point as it is, but these blind bags are SERIOUS about holding onto their paint! The paint is so thick and blah. I'm sing acetone and alternating between short soaks and scrubbing at it with my nails, but my hands are starting to like.... pickle from all the acetone, haha.

Does anyone else find blind bag painted manes and tails particularly difficult? The paint won't come out of all the little crevices. I'm not confident in my ability to cover it up with more paint, lol. I'm almost done with the tail, but I still have the whole mane left. Silly Rainbow Dash, just let me turn you into another pony already!

Is there any amount of time that's "too long" to soak one of these little guys in acetone? Because I have a feeling the only way I'm going to be able to get it all off is with a really long soak, but I don't want to do any damage to the actual pony if that's possible.

Yup. Toothbrush. I use one on regular pony eyes.

I'm terrible and just sprayed matte sealer on top of the default paint and painted it that way, then added more spray afterwards *cough*

Haha I'll probably attempt to paint over the factory paint next time. It's a good thing these are cheap!

I tried the toothbrush but all the ones I have saved are my old one and they all have extra soft bristles because I have wimpy gums xD so it didn't work very well.

when it comes to blind bags, tiny tins and ponyvilles, I just paint over the top rather than take the paint off

I just do my best to take off as much paint as I can, but it's not really worth it to scrub at the crevices in my opinion.  I can get about 75% of the paint off!
