I found a gorgeous g1 Ruby Lips at a thrift store the other day for $0.75, and snagged a Baby Waddles on ebay for my penguin-fanatic mom!

I just bought G3 Valentine's Day Pinkie Pie & G3 Sapphire Shores Jewel Pony.

Found Glory, Baby Blossom, g3 Cheerilee, Sweetie Belle and Starsong and  g3 Rainbow Dash at the thrift store this week. 

So excited to find Baby Blossom.  She's been on my want list for awhile but I didn't want to spend too much on her and she doesn't seem to turn up as often as baby Cotton Candy.  Now baby CC has her best friend!

Mom bought me a blind bag pony today when we went out shopping, got me a cute little Fizzy Pop Normally I'm not too much into the blind bags since I dislike the nature of not knowing what exactly I'm buying, but I love Cherry Spices and really really hope to find her!

i FINNALY managed to track down a "fashion style" rarity....LOCALY...as in no shipping no ebay..just how i like em...now i wonder what my luck will be like trying to find AJ...it sucks cause i jumped into this just at the point when AJ and rarity were pretty much unavailible

I got a Gala mane 6 and Spike set, it had the mane 6 with Spike in their Gala outfits, I took those off though, they frustrated me greatly.

I recently started trying to get the Fashion Style ponies and that's the first thing I do when I get them out of the box (except Dash's glasses and Pinkie Pie's little skirt, without the cupcake saddle).  No shoes, no skirts.  The shoes fall off as soon as I pick up the pony anyway.

Darn it.  As an 80s girl who grew up with proper short and chubby ponies, I promised myself I was never going to like the G4s.  But those Fashion Style ponies are kinda cute!  Oy.  I think I'm going to need to give in and try FiM out for size. 


*Side note* I didn't even realize the G2s weren't fakies until very recently, and even they have started to grow on me!

Yeah, when I first saw the FIM line, I was the same way, saying I was going to just collect g1 because that's what I grew up with.  Then they grew on me, and have their own shelf in the pony collection!
