Got myself into a bit of time crunching bind , and my mind is not working.
Can anyone suggest some popular cute anime animals?
Like, Totoro, Luna, Pikachu? etc.

Mokona, Kirara, that dog from Naruto, the sailor moon cats, Ponyo? kind of counts xD The baby who turns into a mouse from spirited away, dog from fullmetal alchemist, Wolfs moon wolves, Hamtaro...that enough?

Plus Kuro Neko from Trigun and Boota from Gurren Lagan,

There's also that flying squirrel from Samurai Champloo, and the Microbes from Moyashimon, but I wouldn't consider either of those popular (or even well known in the case of the last one)
