Guillian-Barre Syndrome?

I haven't, but a family member of mine has.  I didn't understand it at all first, but since I've done more reading on the subject.  Scary stuff.  Said family member is fine today - he had it maybe 15 or so years ago.  He had a hard time with recovery though, I remember.

Have you had this?  Slap me if that's a silly question, but you may be asking for you or a family member ... I can never tell and therefore I never assume.

Wow that sounds scary! Never dealt with that myself and I hope it stays that way.

i don't know anyone who has this, however i have heard of it though and understand some of its affects. my mum has peripheral neuropathy as a result of acute rapid onset graves disease (autoimmune thyroid disease).

That sounds scary, I don't know anyone with it.

My grandfather had it.  That was back in the 80's; so, I was fairly young at the time and don't remember many details about it.

Yes, I had it 5 years ago.  GBS with Miller-Fisher features.  When did you have it, Loa?
