Help Me Find Another Show to Watch!

So I just finished Tiger and Bunny, the first anime I've seen in over two years (I so grew out of it, except for the occasional gems).


I'm already keeping up with:
Sherlock
Big Bang Theory
Doctor Who


And I've tried Supernatural, Being Human and such.


I'm more fond of BBC series, but I'm willing for something American or anime if need be.

I watch a lot of documentaries myself, and a fan of Supernatural. If you didn't get into it but you like geeky things you could try star trek if you haven't seen it. I'm not much into anime myself, I've just started Soul Eater myself.

I also loved Jekyll if you can find it on DVD - I don't think that they are continuing with it as it was a few years ago now, but it is excellent.

If you want a good family cartoon that is pretty nerdy, I recommend Disney's Phineas and Ferb.

If you're into DW, you could try Torchwood? It's the spin-off series.

There's a good anime called Di Gi Charat. It is pretty unknown in the U.S., but very popular in Japan, and has a lot of thing like sequals, prequals, specials, and spinoffs. The original series only has 16 three minute long episodes, so it's easy to complete. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Di_Gi_Charat

We tend to only watch House and Mythbusters. When there is a season of it, we also watch Hell's Kitchen.

Merlin! That's a good one. I got into it through some people who like Doctor Who. The IT Crowd is funny as all heck. Mighty Boosh, as well.

And I don't know what kind of anime you like, but the only one that I've enjoyed in years is Black Butler, aside from Eden of the East but I don't really count that one because I've only seen a few episodes.

Parks and Recreation is hilarious, but it takes a while to get to the good stuff.

I love Eureka but I feel like the only person who even watches it lol.

And I just started The Walking Dead. Anything zombies makes me happy!

So that's just me going through my netflix instant queue mostly lol.

I'd second Game of Thrones.

If you're looking for some more anime have you tried Planetes? It takes a bit of searching to find (I think I found it on  Animefreak) it's a near future semi-realstic sci-fi about a space company. It mostly focuses on the debris/half section and is pretty inresting. Wolf's Rain is pretty good, and so is Cowboy Bebop.

And there's also Legend of Korra, which is essentially a sequal to Avatar: The Last Airbender, the first two episodes are up and its pretty good from what I've seen.

I'm also checking out Grimm. Seems pretty good even if it's a bit cheesy. I'd also seen a bit of 'No Ordinary Family' and it seemed interesting, I need to track it down online.
