Show me your plushie collections! ^-^

I noticed that there are some members here who collect plushies. I'd love to see them!! Plushies of any brand, beanie babies, how you display/store them...anything!!


I used to think of them as "cute but useless dust collectors" (which is funny, because really they are not much different than ponies, dolls, or anything else I collect LOL). Lately I've been feeling blue though, and I then remembered how awesome they are to hug.

Here are my Lion King plushies^^ I have more plushies than my Lion King ones but they're the only ones I have a group photo of. I agree they're wonderful and comforting to hug. I remember after my guinea pig Atomic Fireball died in 2005, I was moping around the house carrying the big adult Simba plush that's in this photo.

In my office, mostly frogs, turtles, other reptiles, and marine life:

In my bedroom, two hammocks of Uglydolls with a plush Cthulhu in there somewhere:

On my bed, which is thrashed because it is currently doubling as a Physical Therapy platform, dogs, including Daddy Patches on the pillow and more Uglydolls occupying the space formerly taken up by my husband:

More dogs, and some cats overflowing from a clothes basket in my bedroom:

There is another box somewhere of mostly dogs, and two plastic storage bins of cats under my bed. The cats really wanted to be in the pictures, but my back is not well enough to go digging under the bed and likely get make it off the floor again.


I've been into plushies all of my life and I *really* try to limit what I buy now because I have so many. I still collect the regular release Uglydolls, and there are 2 dogs that I am searching for to complete a childhood collection. Other than that I am FINISHED! Until I see another one I like

Mine are mostly in some boxes and storage tubs, for space. Heehee. I've got yoshi, chocobo, dolphins, birds, bunnies, and lots more

Oh dear,I have several plushy colelctions. stingrays and sea life, my Skeleanimals and creepy dolls, TONS of Disney, I wouldn't even know what to take pictures of first.

Koudoawaia: Lo ve your LK colelction, I have a very tall Simba for sale atm just because I can't put him anywhere, I'd like him to go to someone who would lvoe him, if you are interested just drop me a pm.

I LOVE horror and I wish I could have afforded the whole Lovecraft plushie collection when it came out. Anyway, the Great Old One decided he wanted his picture taken so he came out from the bottom of the Uglydoll hammock where he is usually hanging out with Uglydoll Target comparing tentacles and such, so here he is:visitors can't see pics , please register or login


I believe he was the medium sized one, I've had him about ten years

Obscuria, I'm finding myself gravitating towards Disney and sea life too. I mostly have an obsession with the beanie baby jellyfish Goochy.

Thanks! I got the Cheshire cat from e-bay, I think the person is a member here but I can't remember who. There are other cats in that pile with the dogs, though, so she isn't lonely.

I found the hammocks on Amazon for a decent price. When I decided that was the way I wanted to organize my plush, I looked all around town and couldn't find any, then got sidetracked and ended up coming home with a puppy (see icon) but that is another whole story

Thank you for the offer. I just don't have the space for anymore huge plushies...or the money. Maybe you can find another Lion King fan to give him a loving home though.

I don't actually live here anymore and this isn't all of them... And I know this is technically an "other" plushie collection... but since I'm building the Plushie Army from MLPs, well you know I had to pop in.

Wow!!  Such awesome plushy collections!  Koudoawaia, I adore your Lion King plushies.    My plushie shelves are pretty cluttered at the moment..I'm trying to re-stock my shelves to make my collection look more organized, lol.  And this isn't even the entirety of it
