resurrecting this old post as I finally found some of my sailor moon merch! also some disney stuff and obscure japanese dolls, if anyone can help?

hey guys~ I'm de-cluttering, to keep my mind off things and pretty much to stay sane... my mind is racing, going a million miles an hour, so I can't easily sit down to focus, so here's where I need help...

I have a small collection of sanrio and sailor moon items that I'm slowly digging out. I think I want to get rid of most of it, but am unsure of value and am too restless to research their value on my own. sooo... is there anyone who'd be willing to look over the pictures I'll be taking and help me figure out the value, if any, of the items?

I wouldn't mind looking. I'm not an expert as there is a LOT of BSSM merchandise but I've been caught up with most items for 16 years and still collect Chibiusa stuff. So I might not be able to help with everything but I can still maybe be of some assistance.

I know that most of those items are priced for the buyer... In other words, what the market will hold and what kind of interest there is for those items.

Okay a lot of those are the 1990s 25th anniversary Sanrio Characters.   Do you have the original bag they came in anymore? The clear zip bag with red graphics?  As far as value on these...its whatever someone is willing to pay for them.  I think they are really adorable and wonderful...but its going to be hard to sell them for high amounts if people aren't willing to spend for that.  I see that a lot with vintage Sanrio.  People don't really want to spend the high dollar amounts on these types of things even though they should be double what they were 18 years ago.  I have seen auctions where people list them for high and they don't sell.  I would do some completed auction checks to see what sold and for how much.
Cinnimon Roll 10th sells the highest..doesn't look like you have her.  Since they are loose I would say 16.99 for the 25th anniversary set unless you can find the bag..you could try for 25.00-29.00 with the bag and it might sell at that. The seasame street ones sell individually for 16.99 or more. I mention this to you as you might have them somewhere..just for your information even though they aren't in the photo.  Even if an anniversary set is mint and in its box...it still may not sell for more than 29.00 if even that...so I hope that helps some.  There are some there I don't recognize and you could sell them in a lot or individually if you know each name maybe starting at 7.99. If you know the names of a few of those do some research on ebay completed listings to see what they sold for. Many plush sell for about 3.99 each loose now.

Well, I see a Pokemon that doesn't belong in there! I don't know how much the Sanrio items are though, I'm a collector, but I sure am not no expert on price. Maybe $50 for all of them?
