It's so weird to have Rochelle and Sig Abbey actually ordered and en route. I've gotten so used to checking for them every couple of hours...

I've been working on a custom version of the skeleton CAM. She's gonna be a sugar skull girl.

Just a heads-up; Rochelle and Jackson are both available at retail prices on Amazon.com as of a few minutes ago. I know Rochelle had sold out at that price the other day, but she's back in stock now.

I had a friend pick Rochelle up for me last week, and I just broke down and ordered Jackson. I wasn't as worried about Rochelle, since she's slated for at least one more case, but I wanted to ensure I snagged Jackson before Mattel got rid of him. My area has been surprisingly dry lately; but of course now that I've ordered him, he'll start showing up en masse.

Now if only Target would start stocking the Howleen/Clawdeen set, I could be caught up :/

Well I got my Rochelle yesterday and her left eye is seriously wonky. xD It wasn't even painted completely in her eye socket! I'm asking for a replacement from Amazon but I will also hold onto this one and search stores for a pretty Rochelle since chances are my Amazon replacement will also have something wrong with her face.

Oh Mattel... Please hire people to keep better tabs on QC! T_T

That's why I ended up selling mine to someone who was less picky and could appreciate her more and bought another one from someone on the arena who provided good face pics. If your replacement ends up being not exactly what you want, you could try to get a trade or something on here. :)


Although I am a curious little kitty and am wondering what your doll's error looks like. :ninja:

I actually got her today morning and not yesterday. That'll teach me to type right after I wake up lol.

I don't have her with me right now but I'll take a picture of her when I get back home tonight! ^^ Poor girl, her eyes are her loveliest feature IMO and it drives me nuts that they aren't even.

I agree! Those big innocent eyes are what win me over with her. :P  My previous one had uneven eyes that just drove me nuts, but she's still adorable. Are they uneven like that? Or worse?  :shocked:

Was able to get lucky and buy rochelle for $21 on amazon today, and got a book I've wanted as well for free shipping. Yay! Can't wait for her to arrive. :)

I would rather have had your error because even though one pupil looks blown, both eyes were painted in their sockets, at least! xD My Rochelle's left eye wasn't properly painted into the eye-socket "bulge" that her face mold has so it looks like it's trying to crawl off her face to her hairline, or like she has a swollen eye. :crazy:  So sad because other than the misprinted eye, she is so pretty!
