Bugs in carded pony :( (no pictures right now, only bunnies)

Update:  I got a partial refund and the seller was really nice too.
Does anybody have experience on how to open up the bottom of the card without ripping the packaging to shreads?  I think that's the only way to make it so it's not gross anymore.  I want to be able to take her out to clean it out and then slide her back in so she can be proudly shown on my shelf.

Eeeeewwww my carded pony has buggy bits in her card.  It's gross.  The bad thing is that the seller (ebay seller) didn't mention that there were dead bugs in it (and you couldn't see it in the pics either) and the "small" crack in the plastic is actually a pretty good sized crack with a small tab cracked into a bit of a hole shape (the picture didn't show the crack like this either).  So sad.   
Anybody else have this problem with their ponies with bugs?  Also what should I do with this pony?  I don't want to return her but I wouldn't have paid so much for her if I knew the true condition either.
 
Feel free to add some bunnies to help my confined/bug infested pony feel better lol.

Nasty. I'd say your best recourse is to decard and clean, but I'd have to see a pic to be sure. But if you really like them in that condition, I'd say you're well within your rights to ask for a refund.

I would return her, I think it should've been mentioned what the problem was before you bought her or received her in the mail. Especially if you paid a fair amount of money for a MOC that you wanted to keep carded then I would consider returning her

Yeah, I'd ask for a refund/partial refund since that was not mentioned! You may not have to decard, just clean it out if you can, since I doubt it's be harmful to the pony.

One of my grails.  A carded Totsy pony! lol  And yes I paid a price what I consider a pretty penny on her too.

Aw, I'm so sorry. 

I agree that if you don't want to return the pony, you should at least ask for a partial refund since it was not as described.  Hopefully, the seller will be willing to work on making things better for you.

I would certainly have a conversation with your seller if the item is not as described which clearly it wasnt...especially if you want to keep her....I know the danger is the seller may ask for it to be returned and a refund rather than a partial refund but hopefully you can work out something to keep everyone happy

I & Bunny agree, ask for a partial refund if you want to keep it. Bad cracking and undisclosed bugs are not OK.
