Dragon model ID and PC

I found this at the Salvation Army not too long ago.  I have no room for him and I need to get rid of him (even though I REALLY don't want to. ;_;), but I have no idea where he's from, who he's made by, or how much he might be worth.

He has a tri-jointed tail, articulated legs and wings that flap when they're folded out, and the middle head has an articulated jaw.

Please help me out here, guys!

He's a Blue Box toy. He's not from a show or anything but is a generic toy that was released cheaply back when Target used to carry Blue Box toys. Usually they have a little 'fire breath' bit that goes into the open mouth. :3

I must hide this guy from my husband... He collects dragons and he would love this guy. He is super neat looking! I wish I had a PC to give you, best bet though if you can is find out if there are "last one" model deals at Best Buy. I bought one last year for $300, its a fantastic computer, it was a floor model and was discounted cuz it was the last one in store. Good luck with finding him a home.
