This is such an amazing thread. Myself, I'm hoping someday for something tall, narrow, and enclosed on three sides by glass or clear plastic. I don't have kids, but I hate dusting. :/

Right now I have the ponies just on bookshelves, but the ones that are not MIB, I am displaying those as art in our space or maybe living room space. Not decided yet.


We are using these nifty shelves from the Container Store.

Arranging them by color on the white shelves...


Guess this just means I need to buy some more certain-colored ones!  Gosh. I guess that'll have to be done.

I Love sparkleset80's lit up cabinets too!  Would love to have one like that!  I just noticed your playsets on the top of them.  Perfect!  I only have the Lullabye Nursery because we don't have enough space for playsets.

Hmmm... I have a couple of older photos... Here's one of them    The cabinet has since been crammed with about another 30 ponies since it was taken though, so it's a bit squished at the mo!

gypsy_nights     thats exactly what im after, .....runs of to 'trademe' auctions. iv always wanted to see what they look like on the dvd/cd cases....awesome.

Thanks dede88!  I like how it saves space to display them from the side!  One of them is on the floor but doesn't take up to much room at all since it only sticks out from the wall like 6 inches.

I love the all-glass look, and it's what I initially wanted to do for my collection. My shelves reside in my garage. My dad was down-sizing his business into a smaller premise, so I got lots of industrial shop shelving lined along the walls. They were free so they keep me going for now ^_^;;

These are just the G1s (it's a bit rammed due to a lack of space). The ponies share the room with some G4s and Sylvanians.
