How to recognize Spanisch Lemon Drop ???

I just got a Lemon drop but I don't kniw for sure from which country she is.
Under her left front hoove it says 82 hasbro pat bend. And under her right front hoove it looks like something was there but I don't know for sure cause it also can be that there was nothing there.
What makes spanisch lemon drops unique. Please a picture if you can and compare with HK lemon drop.

My spainish one is the one with faded symbols, tell tale signs are the thick black eyeliner and the obvious no country/covered up stamp!

I took a picture if the eyes. The one on the left is HK and the right maybe spanisch.The eyecolour is different from eachother.
Is she spanisch the rigt one?
