Puffy Pony Stickers

I posted a week or so ago looking for a price check on the Show Stable and mentioned that the original owner of the stable had stuck those round/puffy pony stickers on the walls, and someone mentioned that the stickers alone would probably be worth more than the stable.  It's got about 7 stickers on the walls and doors (I can't remember all of them, but I know there's at least Glory, Baby Glory, Firefly,  and Applejack).


I've gotten two of them off with the sticky backing still intact.  Should I put them on anything?  Card stock?  And what about stickers that I get off the walls, but may not be able to keep completely stuck to the backing?

Maybe you could find some of the paper that stickers come on?

The others that the sticky back come off, I'd leave them as is.

Puffy stickers have 3 degrees of value - highest on original backing, second with sticky puffy back but no original backing and third no longer with the puffy back...if the latter it does degrade the sticker value significantly but someone will still be interested...

I would store them carefully in a little bag to prevent them accidentally sticking to other things and causing you more problems or you could place them on a small piece of cardboard but most people will prefer them loose rather than on new backing and you will need to tell people if you do use the cardboard that its not original when selling.

Sticker value will depend on which puffy stickers you have of course...the ones you mentioned are in the $8ish category but the rarer they are the more sought after and therefore the more value

It might be worth going to a dollar store and getting a sticker book and ripping out a page for the stickers you get off intact. It's worth it for the ones you mentioned, and if there is a rare sticker, you don't want it going on cardstock/paper.

Thankfully,  I work in a place where I deal with stickers ànd labels all day, so I've got plenty of backing to stick them to.

It is!  I snagged a few sheets this afternoon and it worked out nicely.
