New Custom!

  :biggrin: I'm back with another custom!
This one has been rehaired with a mix of DH water nixie, mermaid, unlucky clover, and a small amount of starlight.
Sorry for the less than wonderful pictures and fly-aways in her mane, she needs her curls re-done! And I need a better camera on my phone... :blush:

Powdery glitter mixed with mod podge! That's how the blueish spots all over her body are done, as well. The green spots are acrylic paint.
