GeekGirl Con? (anyone going this Aug?)

I'm trying to arrange going to this year's GeekGirl Con in Seattle, WA August 11-12

for reasons I can't go into yet       I have to make a decision on going in the next two weeks
so I was curious if anyone else from the MLP community is planning to attend and could use a roommate?

I didn't even know this con existed but I'm intrigued! If it weren't so far away I'd definitely check it out. Good luck finding a roomie and have fun!

GeekGirl Con also happened several months ago in October in the Seattle Center area, if I recall. I didn't know anything about it but I heard about it prior to the event from an acquaintance of a friend. Sounds interesting.

Huh, never heard of GeekGirl Con.

Sadly, Seattle is just too far for me to go for a 2-day con. And taking a look at the con website, it doesn't really sound all of that fun to me.

Hope you're able to attend it.
