Cleaning a Pullip faceplate? help!

so, apparently in the move, my Pru was touching something, or rubbing something wrong.
cause now she has these marks on her face. T_T
I tried a little water and soap, but they don't seem to want to come off.
anyone have any tips for cleaning up a faceplate? or have any guesses as to what it is?

it looks like ink from something... They weren't packaged anything wrapped in newspaper, were they?

oh why do i never think of a magic eraser!? I will pick one up tomorrow!!

nope, no newpaper. all the girls were boxed together with bubblewrap :/ well...and their mass amount of clothes, but those are all sorted into ziploc bags. I'm really baffled as to what/where this came from.

was the bubblewrap new?

I actually received a doll that ot horridly stained and I traced it back to the bubblewrap having dye/ink on it from something it has previously wrapped

I want to say it was (we bought a lot) tho I can't be 100% *tries to think back that far*
