I prefer "real hair" rather than yarn, mohair (unless it's a powder puff) or sculpted.

I'm not too big on sculpted hair, but I don't mind yarn. Embroidery floss was actually a favorite of mine when I was new to customizing. (Err... Newer then I am now, anyway. ) Synthetic hair is my favorite, but it doesn't have to be nylon!

I've got cats who like to check out the ponies when I open the boxes, so anything with tinsel is not a good idea.  The same goes for yarns/floss; I have a terrible time crocheting because they get into everything.  But mohair.... I'd just pet it.

I don't like sculpted hair unless it's on a boy pony, but I put that in my app. Otherwise, it's your call. If it makes anyone feel better, I am using saran hair on my creation.

No yarn for me unless it was on perfume puff, and im fine with sculpted hair...pretty much whatever my partner wants to do <3

I prefer real hair, depending on the pony.  Some customs lend themselves better to alternate choices.  But for something like this swap, I think real hair would be the way to go.

I've had a good long think and I think I'd prefer hairs to yarn or fluff our sculpting, but I'm not ungrateful so I'd be happy if my partner decided something else for valid reasons

I finished my pony (but I have to say, it was an easy pony to request) so I am going to make a bunch of extras to go with her .

Now that finals are over for me, I can finally get back to work on the more important things: ponies! lol. Everything came to a screeching stop this past week DX
