Who Should I Make?

So, I accidentally bought an extra PlumSweet, not realizing I already had her. Rather than return her, I was thinking that I should (finally!) try my hand at customizing a G4. Since she's already white, I want to keep her body color original. And I'm not up to sculpting, so she's staying an earth pony. (Although if you think I should make G4 earth pony version of a peg or uni, feel free to suggest it!)

I've already got hair for either Sundance or Sugarberry.  But I need to restock my hair supplies anyway, so don't let that limit you.

So who should I turn PlumSweet into?

I am stuck between Gingerbread or Sugarberry. Either one would look great as a G4.
