Ok so I started working on her on Friday night. She started off life as a G3 Rainbow Dash.

She was striped of her markings, and cut to pieces!

So far I have resculpted her entire body, sanded, and primed her body.

Here is the photo I worked from, a picture of my Irish Draught Stallion Galloping in the field.

Now I had to alter the front raised leg angel due to the pony being unrealistic in scale, and also due to the fact well as you all know a MLP pony is rather "short"!

And here is the pony thus far! (Apologies for the low quality photo, my partner has our camera at the moment, so I was left with using photo booth on my laptop).

**UPDATE 20/2**

So I decided to go with sculpted hair, and this is what I got up to last night. Again sorry for the poor quality photos.

Jsplits persona has a rose ensemble for her cutie mark, so I decided to add some roses to her mane and tail, along with some ribbons within the mane.

Let me know what you think!

Ok so I have been ultra busy at the farm.. But here she is, at least 90% paint job finished! So YAY!

Sorry once again for the poor photos, my partner still has my camera!

(Jsplit, I should be able to have her off to you next week, promise this time!)!!

You could sculpt hair, you would be able to create motion in the hair, which would match her action pose.

Yer that is why I am torn. I prefer to nylon hair, but I think it will look strange as it wont have any movement....

Thanks Steffers and Amy! I am happy with her, I wont be able to work on her again until the end of the week, as I have a ton going on this week, but hoping to have her all finished by the end of next week.

I really like  the hair, it goes well with the pose.  I think I would have added a touch of length to the body to balance out the pose.  Otherwise great work.  And I am in love with your real fella by the way.
