Sneakers? Boots? Heels? Flats? Your favorite?

I prefer sneakers over anything else and despise any kind of dress shoe. I'm not all that fussed about shoes though. Think I have three or four pairs at most and I'm surprised I have that many.

Skate shoes I've been wearing Etnies almost exclusively, bar 'going out' or occasions, for about 6 years now. A pair worn nearly every day lasts me about a year, sometimes 2, though Enties' choice of womens skate shoes is seriously poor nowadays, and Vans/DCs are nowhere near as nice imo. Gonna have to start bulk buying for when they stop making them!

My absolute favorites and my choice for every day wear are Puma Speed Cat suede sneakers, I have them in black/white, brown/cream and yellow/dark yellow with designs in the yellow suede I also have those Reebok EasyTone shoes in black and white/blue plus the white/purple sandals. Not sure if they really work but they're pretty comfortable
I do love to have high heels on special occasions though and have a number of pairs. My favorites are my collection of Qupid shoes with about 5½ inch heels, same shoe in torquoise, black, fuschia, lime green, orange, yellow, camouflage and cream I bought them because despite the high heel, they're pretty comfortable I also have denim high heels with yellow accents and yellow heels (La Strada) and a really cute pair of high heeled sandals in black with a silver heel and a bow on the back (also La Strada)

I'm totally taking notes here!! LOL Especially from you guys who own multiple pairs of the same brandname shoes!!!! You know a shoe is good when you own more than one pair (like my fitflops; I have sandals and boots! Love Them Both!!)

I love heels! The higher the better! Some of mine... The clear ones are 8inches high and, yes, I can walk in them. I can actually run in the 7in black ones next to them.

But really, I'm fascinated by shoes but I've ruined my feet in them.  I LOVE a good stiletto anything but I can't wear them anymore.  I wear 1" sandal heels in the summer and low heeled ankle boots or flat boots in winter for work.  Or flip flops.  I like those best.  My feet feel the best when bare or nearly so.

I love my gumboots!  We live on a small property and I am always going in and out so I leave a pair of gummies at each door.  They are so easy to kick on and off and they keep your feet dry when it's raining

My normal shoes are all flat boots or sturdy flat shoes.
I need to wear my arch supports/insoles most of the time or risk pain in my knees among others.
The arches of my foot are quite a bit lower then they should be, and these soles correct this, but they don't fit into heeled shoes.

Luckily I can wear heeled shoes for short amounts of time without sore knees and such, so I save them for special occasions.
I do love a good pair of heels, and I do tend to drool over pretty heeled shoes when I see them, I wish I could have some more pairs.  but having more then two or so isn't worth it, seeing how little I can actually wear them.
