I'm in need of DH's Lemonade hair color.  Full or partial hanks are okay.  Willing to pay or trade.  Does anyone have any, or even a fashion style AJ for me scalp?

I was looking for it also. I was told they would restock in about 3 months. It's been about a month since I asked.  In the meantime if you like, katsilk lemon blond 14 is an exact match for color. I don't know how you feel about katsilk though. That's over at restoredoll.com

Ooh. By the way. I have scalped the small AJs and managed to use their manes successfully. No trimming required. Takes a little more time to even out the lengths for the plugs but it gives a short shaggy mane that is more show accurate. I just fold the plug from the mane in half and rehair with a rehairing tool.

Thanks, Maniah.  I've been looking for something that would match exactly.  I've never worked with katsilk, but I'm willing to try!  I have 3 small AJ's that I've scalped.  I plan to reuse the tails, and I like the hair longer on them, so I'll use the mane clippingsfor the bangs.  I also managed to find a loose FS AJ on ebay last night, so finger's crossed I'll win her so I can reuse her hair and save her for a custom.

Restocking in months ;_;  I hope she's able to get A LOT of them colors that are out. With all those Ponies being made, Lemonade is a major sure-sell. The dark browns are also starting to disapear though....

Out of curiosity Okiegurl, how do you manage to get the bangs on your Pony done so perfectly?

I'll place a rubberband around the head to hold them flat, and then pour boiling water over them.  Let them dry completely, then remove the band and fluff them a little.

Yup!  Everyone wants  it for Ponies.   All the other yellows are way too bright or dark.  Good thing is,  I can get about three Pony from a single hank  of hair, but she's been sold out since (I think) last May.   Lol, I've been stalking the site waiting for her to restock.

Yeah. It is the perfect color for Pony.. When I emailed the Dollyhair people, I told them that they really ought to restock faster if they could, because the color was perfect for Pony and everyone was using it for her so they could probably sell a lot of it. She replied that she hadn't known about Pony.

I got some Katsilk hair from restoredoll to use instead. Lemon Blond 14 is the exact same shade of yellow. But katsilk hair is a little different.. Almost oily in how it feels. It does great long, but it gave me hell with the bangs. It may work in a pinch for you. I'd say just buy one and test it out before buying a ton, if you do decide to use it.

It's just one person running dollyhair, and she's pregnant with her first baby, so she's been a bit busy, which is why I've been patient.    I love dollyhair, she always ships fast, and she has great customer service.
 
I may buy a bag of the katsilk, just to see how I like it.
