Figure if I alternate the days from stretching to cardio I might have a better chance of lessening the strain on my poor knee.
Ooooh, I couldn't recommend Zumba if you are suffering from knee injury, Doll!
Very little of it is low impact and I'm afraid the majority of the routines would probably not be good for your knee!
Of course, having said this, as long as you are being mentally aware of your body and made the necessary variations to the steps it would probably be safe enough. I did have to warn you, though!!
I'd hate for you to strain yourself while healing!!
