I'm interested in doing a few customs for people. I'm pretty new to it, but I will try and make them exactly what you want.

I can do almost anything, sculpt, or just paint. I'm a bit shaky so anything super small will cost a little more, but I'll do it

Ive noticed people pay different amounts depending on the amount of work put into them, and if theres sculpting etc.. Ive seen a few basic customs got for $20-30 on ebay in the past

Congrats on being ready to take commissions!  For a basic commission, $20-30 sounds about right.  It can take time to get your name out there, so don't worry if it takes a little while to get your first few.  Trades and swaps are a great way to get extra practice and get people familiar with your work.  Good luck and have fun!
