My partner won't get 10 ponies either.

I feel rather bad about that, but my partner's wishlist was not that easy. So 10 ponies simply weren't in my (extended) budget.

I hope my partner will enjoy the package inspite of that.

I don't suspect many people will be getting 10 ponies, so no one should feel bad about the number of ponies they have. It depends on the army how many ponies you can get.

My partner will have 4-5 ponies, and that blows the $30 budget (It is actually closer to the $50 budget)...but I traded for a few of them so I am ok with it

My partner is getting quite a few ponies, but I was lucky that a) their ponies were easy to find, b) they aren't overly pricey and c) I'm good at tarting up ponies so I could bag a few poorer-condition ones to clean up tail rust etc, as obviously they're usually cheaper.

Personally I'd always rather have a partner that cares more about what they put in the box than just buying as many ponies as humanly possible. I'm all about growing my armies, but if I wanted to buy every single pony for my army that I came across, why would I bother to join a swap? It's the thought behind the special items that makes it.

of course, the thought behind the gift is an important aspect. I was a bit caught up in an 'ohnoooo everybody buys LOTS of ponies and I can't because I'm too poor D:'
But I guess my 5 ponies (and possibly one or two more) are enough then

Its not numbers but the quality of ponies that matter...
I believe I have ponies just looking few right extra for my partner!

Its definitely the thought behind the gift, and the quality of the ponies etc we have got that counts most, rather than the amount of ponies

Some of our armies would cost waaaay more than the budget if our partner tried to get a lot of them. The people who have more HTF armies understand that I'm sure, so try not to worry

we also have more than a month left to shop

right now I'm still postie stalking , I have lost the bidding on 2 more ponies( but I should try to stay away from ebay really

) ..., oh and I'm still working on my art (I like to do it a bit at a time

).

Hi all!

I now have 3 ponies for my partner and one crafty project up my sleeve ^^ Im also keeping tab on a few other auctions. Im hoping to bring my total up to 7 or so by the end. My partner cant really have Nirvanas, so i hope they'll be happy with what they've got. I havent heard from them in a while...

In answer to a few questions:
Stuff that I want to try: Im dont mind. If my partner has anything which is specific to their location I guess that would be nice, but im not fussy really ^^ Just dont by me liqourice or rose turkish delight

Allergies: Nope, im easy!
