The back of the box was really simple from what I remember. Just a few lines of text on a plain background. I'll try and find a picture :)

I've been doing some research and Furga is an Italian doll manufacturer.

I wonder what the back of the box says? On looking at the front it shows a pink, blue and yellow/caramel pony. We've seen the a few of the pink pony and at least one of the caramel pony ^.^

SoSilver mentioned they had the original license for MLP in Italy, but it was previously thought that they only produced My Pretty Pony.

I didn't know that they made My Pretty Pony, I could only find doll information when I searched the company.

I never saw that cotton candy, but this one looks like a totally different shade of blue. So mysterious :)

The hair looks lilac on that Cotton Candy and blue on this one.

Forgot about that one! This one doesn't look quite the same though. Is it my imagination, or was the other one France marked?

Now this is a pointless aside, but... I don't speak Italian. While I can look up "morbidissimo" and find out that it means something like "super soft," I couldn't help but stop, stare at the word on the box and ask myself what these ponies are actually made of. :lookround:

The hair is really silky, at least it was on the caramel coloured pony I met :)

I guess that they where marketed like "super soft" because that is the gimmick of MLP in general. :) the hollow body made of PVC makes the pony soft an squishy as opposite of other toys (like My Pretty Pony who is made of hard plastic).

"Soft and squeezable little ponies with long, silky hair to comb and braid. Collect them all" is the slogan for the first 6 (flat feet) ponies sold in the US. I think this Italian company just used the same slogan, sort of.

Thank you for dropping by Lio :) and best of luck with your sale! Where did you find these ponies? :)

Would I be able to add pictures of your ponies to the nirvana gallery?

Thank you
