Five G3's Bought At The Toy Vault

Hi everyone.    So, I went to the mall after work, because I got our really early and went to The Toy Vault, because I knew I saw about 10 or 11 G3's there.  I saw today they were having a special where you can get 5 for $20.  I figured that was a good deal, because I think the ponies were $4.99 or $3.99 (can't remember) when they were originally in stores.  I took a while to decide, because I wanted to pick ponies on my want list but I couldn't remember which ones I put on my want list and which ones I already have.  I just picked the ones I wanted and ended up with (images courtesy of strawberry reef):

Sweet Breeze

Pretty much the other ponies were duplicates of the ones already being sold, except a couple but I pretty much only had $20 to spend and wanted to keep the rest left for the week if I needed it.  Also, someone had written 15 on the bottom of one of the hooves of Sweet Breeze.  The ponies were actually in great shape, but the hair on all of them was a mess.  That didn't bother me.  I had plans to wash and dry it and make it silky soft again.  I got them home and checked them over really good for marks and stuff.  Denim Blue has some yellowing I think around her neck and what looks to be either pink magic marker or a pink highlighter that was attempted to wash out but not successfully.  I combed their hair as best as I could then wet it and used pert plus  on their hair and rinsed it off.  Then, I used a blow dryer and combed their hair again and it's as good as new except for some minor frizz on the ends.  Not bad though.

P.S.~ I checked my want list and was able to remove two ponies from it.  The others aren't doubles either so it's a win-win.

Congrats on the find! Sweet Breeze is especially pretty!  You should take a photo of how they cleaned up.
